Brittaney is the owner of Rooted Nest, an online yoga and meditation company based in Wilmington Delaware. She is a 500-hour experienced yoga teacher and serves as an Assistant Director at Dharma Moon under the direction of senior Buddhist teacher David Nichtern. Through her various works in the community, she has found a calling in correcting the social stigma associated with yoga and meditation for a more inclusive and healing environment for her students.
