Feng shui crystal balls are used to adjust the flow of energy in a space. They are particularly effective when a bed, desk, stove or major furniture piece is directly in line with a door. Locate the crystal somewhere between the door and the furniture. Another feng shui adjustment is to place a ball in the center of a room or home that needs an uplift of qi.

Hang with a red string. Red is an auspicious color in feng shui. Trim the red string so that it's in a multiple of 9" (ex. 18", 27", etc.) or just above the top of the door.
