Durga Yantra Mandala for Harmony & Balance

from $54.00

The Durga yantra depicts radiant colors of saffron, oranges, peaches and pinks. The Vedic mandala background is based on the number nine vedic square. The associated mantra is:

Om Hring Dung Durgaye Namah Om

Durga is a Hindu goddess, a symbol of the divine mother. In Sanskrit, Durga means “invincible”, as she also destroys evil and transforms it into harmony and balance in the world. This is a powerful yantra because it can create destruction, but for the sake of universal harmony. You may need to let things go before you can welcome the new. The overlapping triangles also invoke fire energy. Fiery passion is required to destroy and bring forth new beginnings. This Durga yantra mandala is the symbol in the Holistic Spaces logo because we seek to establish balance in your spaces.

The number nine Vedic square is associated to the planet Mars and related to passion and fire energy.

As a Feng Shui adjustment, the Durga yantra may be placed in the New Beginnings area of your home, bedroom or office for assistance with letting go of the old and starting a new beginning. The wood energy of the New Beginnings area will feed the fire of the Durga yantra. Alternatively, if you are locating this for balance, you can place it in the Relationship area of your bedroom for nurturing support and balance in your life. But be careful as it may end any unhealthy relationships you have with yourself or others.

Fine art prints: Archival inks printed on fine art paper.
